UPDATE: One man arrested and another seriously injured after a crash at the Lake of the Ozarks

UPDATE 7:16p.m: One man, Cletus Barsch, is facing charges for boating while intoxicated after a crash at the Lake of the Ozarks last night.

Another man is in critical condition and was flown to the Columbia University Hospital.

Barsch is currently being held in the Miller County Jail on a 24 hour hold.

ORIGINAL : A 20-year-old Iowa man was seriously injured after two boats crashed at the 0.3 mile marker on Lake of the Ozarks.

The crash happened at 9:45 p.m. Saturday.

Alec Potthoff, the injured man, was one of eight people in the boat. Three other passengers suffered minor injuries.

A passenger in the same boat as Potthoff told ABC 17 News their boat was sitting idle in the water and was T-boned by the other boat.

Potthoff was flown to University Hospital with serious injuries.

The other boat had one 14-year-old passenger who suffered minor injuries.
