Columbia teacher arrested for allegedly taking pictures of individual in Ellis Library bathroom
The University of Missouri Police Department arrested Austin Lee Miller on Tuesday for one count of invasion of privacy in connection with an incident that occurred last month at Ellis Library on the MU campus.
According to an official release, the arrest is the result of an investigation into a report that around 5:45 p.m. on April 28, Miller used his phone to take pictures of an individual using the restroom at Ellis Library.
Miller was also a teacher at Douglass High School.
Miller was booked into the Boone County Jail with a bond of $1,500.
