Empty school bus stalls on Highway OO, creating a traffic hazard

According to Boone County Joint Communications, an empty school bus is stalled at the 400 block of Highway OO between Hallsville and East St.

The bus is creating a traffic hazard. Drivers are asked to avoid the area if possible.

Children were transported by another bus.
