Homeowners hold suspect, 2 others escape
ABC 17 confirmed homeowners caught and held a suspect during an attempted robbery Thursday, but two other men remain on the loose.
Police claim Jamon Deniro Roberts, 23, went into a home with a gun and demanded money before the victims struggled with him, eventually going through the front door onto the porch. Five people were inside at the time, including a child.
The weapon was found near the scene. One of the suspects who got away is described as a light-skinned man in his 20s, wearing all gray clothing. The second one possibly had dreadlocks.
