Two arrested after theft from Goodwill donation box in Fulton

Fulton police arrested two people Tuesday after items were stolen from a Goodwill donation box.

Police booked Michael Hook, Jr., 25, and Tiffany Littrell, 28, into the Callaway County Jail.

Around 10:15 Tuesday night, someone reportedly called police saying a man and woman were seen stealing from the donation box in the area of St. Louis Avenue.

When officers responded to the area, they saw people leaving the area carrying a large amount of items, according to police. They determined Hook and Littrell to be the ones who stole the items.

Officers also found a controlled substance in Littrell’s belongings, according to police.

Police arrested Hook on suspicion of felony stealing and Littrell on suspicion of misdemeanor stealing as well as possession of a controlled substance.
