Sedalia police arrested Kevin Huff on Monday after officers were made aware of a burglary.

The victim said that copper wire was missing from his business and surveillance footage captured images of the suspect.

Officers were able to identify that Huff was the suspect and made contact with him. He admitted that he entered the building and took about 100 pounds of wire, which he later sold to another business.

Huff said that he had jumped in through a window that was already damaged. He admitted that he may have caused a little bit of further damage while crawling through.
