Holts Summit man charged with inappropriately touching 14-year-old girl

A Holts Summit man has been charged with sexual abuse after he was accused of inappropriately touching a 14-year-old.

The girl told investigators that she was sleeping on a couch when Wesley Dailey approached her, undressed himself and touched her while he masturbated.

Officers were able to get a sample of semen from the couch where the incident reportedly happened.

Days later, the girl reported to deputies that Dailey inappropriately touched her again while he masturbated.

Dailey admitted to investigators that he masturbated while touching the victim.

Dailey was arrested and taken to the Callaway County Jail, where he posted a bond of $6,500.
