Holts Summit announces new city administrator

Holts Summit City Administrator Rick Hess announced on Monday that Matt Harline, the current city administrator for Centralia, has accepted the city administrator position for Holts Summit.

Harline will be replacing current administrator, Rick Hess, who is retiring. Hess’ last day will be May 25.

Mayor Landon Oxley said, “The city of Holts Summit is excited that Matt Harline has accepted the position of city administrator. The board, the staff, and myself are excited to work with Matt and to continue to make Holts Summit a great place to call home.”
