UPDATE: Former Greitens mistress claims first encounter was not consensual in investigative report

The House Special Investigative Committee released its report on Gov. Eric Greitens on Wednesday afternoon revealing that his former mistress believed their first sexual encounter was not consensual.

The 25 page report does not reveal any names but does explain each witness. It also states that Greitens declined the opportunity to testify and failed to respond to the Committee’s request for production of documents and sworn answers to written interrogatories.

Witness 1, the alleged mistress of Greitens, said she saw the governor on a regular basis before their first sexual encounter.

On the night of the encounter, the alleged mistress said she was led to believe that she was going to be doing a “sexy workout.” The report states that Greitens taped her hands to pull-up rings and then put a blindfold on her.

The former mistress said Greitens pulled down her pants without her consent. She claimed that she heard a cell phone take a picture and saw a flash underneath her blindfold.

The report says that the mistress never saw the phone and could not confirm if the governor had it on his person. “I haven’t talked about it because I don’t know if it’s because I’m remembering it through a dream or I – I’m not sure, but yes, I feel like I saw it after that happened, but I haven’t spoken about it because of that.”

Greitens reportedly told the mistress, “You’re not going to mention my name. Don’t even mention my name to anybody at all, because if you do, I’m going to take these pictures, and I’m going to put them everywhere I can. They are going to be everywhere, and then everyone will know what a little whore you are.”

The former mistress said she tried to get out of the room but Greitens pulled her back in and attempted to have oral sex with her. She claimed she gave in to his advances because she wanted to get out of the situation as soon as possible.

The Special Committee asked if the former mistress consented to the oral sex and she replied by saying, “It’s a hard question because I did it – it felt like consent, but no, I didn’t want to do it,” she continued, “Coerced, maybe. I felt as though that would allow me to leave. That’s what he wanted.”

The report shows that the woman feared for her “physical self” during their first encounter. However, she presented conflicting testimony as to whether she was afraid.
