Officers with the University of Missouri Police Department arrested 42-year-old Crystal Meyer just before 9:30 p.m. Sunday.

Police performed a traffic stop due to expired Missouri license plates on the car Meyer was driving, and later found the Columbia woman had a suspended driver’s license.

As police investigated, they spotted marijuana and drug items in the car.

Meyer was arrested on suspicion of driving under a revoked/suspended license and marijuana, controlled substance and drug paraphernalia possession.

The combined bond amounts for Meyer’s pending charges is $16,000.
