Vandiver blocked as crews work multi-vehicle crash

ORIGINAL STORY: Multiple emergency crews have responded to the intersection of Vandiver and Paris for a multi-vehicle collision.
Firefighters said Vandiver will be blocked for an extended period of time.
Boone County Joint Communications is asking drivers to avoid the area if possible.
