50 pounds of marijuana found after traffic stop on I-70

The Missouri State Highway Patrol conducted a traffic stop on Thursday evening that resulted in the seizure of 50 pounds of marijuana.

Yusniel Morales Oliva was pulled over after a trooper observed him going 70 mph in a 60 mph zone.

Morales Oliva had a nervous demeanor, and consented when the trooper asked to search his blue Ford F-150. The trooper saw the passenger side door panel was loose and saw a large bag of marijuana through a hole in the passenger side door.

The vehicle was searched and 50 pounds of marijuana in vacuum-sealed bags were found hidden inside.
