Moniteau County deputies arrest man after finding multiple drugs, paraphernalia

Moniteau County deputies arrested Aaron Moseley-Maikai, 27, on Wednesday after officers were dispatched to a residence on Gerhart Road to assist the California police in investigating an assault.

When officers arrived on scene, they found several items of drug paraphernalia. Deputies found methamphetamine, marijuana, pills and digital scales used in the sales of the drugs.

Officers said they also found a handgun that was seized.

Moseley faces possible charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful use of a weapon. His bond has been set at $35,000.
