Callaway County deputies arrest wanted Fulton man

Callaway County deputies arrested Dustin Higgins, 28, on Sunday night after officers pulled over a vehicle for a registration violation.

Deputies said it was discovered that Higgins was wanted by the Missouri Department of Corrections for a parole violation.

Higgins was taken to the Callaway County Jail, where he was held without bond.
