UPDATE: Missing Licking woman found safe

UPDATE: Authorities said Wolf was found safe in Illinois.

ORIGINAL: The Texas County Sheriff’s Office issued an Endangered Silver Advisory Sunday afternoon for an 85-year-old woman with the beginning stages of Alzheimer’s and possible dementia.

Lela Elinor Wolf was last seen in Licking, Missouri at 9 a.m. Saturday. Authorities said she may be going to University Hospital in Columbia, but is believed to be without her medication.

Wolf is described at 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 120 pounds. She has white hair, blue eyes and a fair complexion. She was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, a shirt, scarf, jeans, blue tennis shoes and glasses. She also has a scar on her nose.

Wolf drives a silver or grey 2013 Oldsmobile Alero with Missouri registration CA8H9M.

Anyone with information on Wolf is asked to call 911, local law enforcement or the Texas County Sheriff’s Office at 417-967-4165.
