Columbia man accused of threatening to make woman “disappear”

A Columbia man has been charged with harassment after he was accused of threatening to make a woman “disappear.”

According to the probable cause statement, Noah Solbrekken sent several text messages to a woman that were threatening in nature.

University of Missouri police were provided screenshots of the messages that stated the following:

“…You lied straight to my face. I’m letting you know now I have chosen a path today…Harris it is. “Eric Harris but not with schools.” “Eric Harris masterminded Columbine and I’m doing schools, I’m thinking more home invasions maybe not, only the future knows.”

The woman told police Solbrekken was upset with her about financial issues. She also believed that Solbrekken would hurt her.

The woman claimed she would not be able to sleep because she was so afraid that Solbrekken would come to her residence and hurt her.

Officers made contact with Solbrekken, who said he was mad at the woman because she was taking him to small claims court.

Solbrekken admitted he sent the text messages to the woman to scare her. He also stated he wanted to make her “disappear.”

According to the probable cause statement, Solbrekken threatened to do multiple home invasions and said if he killed one person he would snap and go “mass.”

Solbrekken is currently in the Boone County Jail.
