Mexico woman charged with stealing clothes from Dillard’s
A Mexico woman was charged with stealing after she was accused of taking clothes from Dillard’s in Jefferson City.
Lahomer Holden admitted to police she was picked up by a friend and went to Dillard’s to steal clothes.
Holden said she was stealing the clothes so her friend could sell them. She was accused of picking out the clothes and walking around the store before leaving.
Police said Holden attempted to run away from the store, but was stopped by employees.
According to the probable cause statement, Holden had $380 of clothes in her possession and her friend had $650 worth of clothes. In total they had $1,030 worth in merchandise.
