Troopers arrest man after finding more than 20 pounds of marijuana

Troopers arrested Jordan Love on Friday after officers observed a car speeding on Insterstate 70 east of Stadium Boulevard.

Troopers said when they made contact with Love he denied the consent to search his vehicle.

Officers saw a bag of marijuana from the rear driver side cargo window and a search was performed.

Troopers found a suitcase of vacuumed sealed bags of marijuana that weighed approximately 23 pounds. Officers also found several pill bottles containing marijuana edibles and smaller amounts of marijuana.

According to the probable cause statement, a revolver and a handgun were also found in the car.

Love was charged with delivery of a controlled substance and unlawful use of a weapon.
