Man indicted after November shooting on Claudell Lane
A Columbia man was indicted by the Grand Jury on Friday after he was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm.
ABC17 previously reported that Todez Donald shot a man during an argument on Claudell Lane in November.
According to the indictment, Donald knowingly possessed a gun while he was a convicted felon.
In 2017, Donald was charged with felony of distribution of a controlled substance. He was also charged in 2005 for felony resisting arrest.
Donald is currently in the Boone County Jail and has an arraignment scheduled for Monday.
