Osage Beach man sentenced to more than 20 years in prison after pleading guilty to statutory rape

An Osage Beach man was sentenced to more than 20 years in prison after pleading guilty to three counts of statutory rape in the first degree and one count of statutory rape in the second degree.

Bobby Gilmore was in court on Tuesday and admitted that he had sexually molested one victim between 2003 and 2007 while the victim was 6 to 10 years old. He also admitted to sexually molesting a second victim during the same time period while the victim was 3 to 7 years old.

Gilmore was accused of sexually molesting two other victims.

Judge Brouck Jacobs heard a victim impact statement given by one of the victims and then sentenced Gilmore to 23 years in prison on each of the charges of statutory rape in the first degree and seven years in prison on the charge of statutory rape in the second degree.

Gilmore is currently in the Callaway County Jail.
