Macon police release crime data for month of November

The Macon Police Department released the department’s crime statistical data for the month of November on Friday.

Police said officers took seven reports of assault, six reports of burglary and seven reports of stealing.

Officers said the total value of property reported stolen during the month was $2,918.

Officers arrested a total of 12 adults for crimes such as disorderly conduct, stealing, drugs and DWIs.

Police said in October, officers took 103 police reports compared to the 91 in November.

Chief Adam Dawdy said he is working on an overview for 2017.
