Columbia police arrest woman accused of hitting man with chair, umbrella

Columbia police arrested Trenequa Fulton on Tuesday night after officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance in the 2700 block of Quail Drive.

A male victim told police that Fulton was in an argument with a family member and when he went to intervene, she turned on him.

Police said Fulton struck the man with a folding chair and a collapsible umbrella.

Officers said when they responded to the scene they found a broken folding chair and a damaged umbrella.

Fulton was arrested and faces possible charges of domestic assault.
