Boone County Commissioners discuss proposed subdivision, other topics

The Boone County Commissioners met Tuesday evening to discuss a number of issues.

The big topic was the North Battleground Development plan. It involves a proposed new subdivision that would sit on 38 acres of land, located at what is now 8321 E. Saint Charles Road.

Commissioners were discussing the final development plan for the project, which they approved.

Another topic commissioners addressed had to do with a previously approved plan for Gilbane Rebuilders that was tabled in October.

Owner Michael Gilbane was hoping to change the limit of cars allowed on his property from 15 to 30 cars, but his request was denied.
