Fulton police arrest three after investigating stolen gun

Fulton police arrested three after officers investigated the stealing of a firearm on Wednesday morning.

Police said the investigation revealed that Stephanie Hope stole a gun and traded the gun for drugs. Hope faces possible charges of stealing a firearm and possession of a controlled substance.

Officers said they also conducted a search warrant and found Ryan Wainwright to be in possession of 12 baggies of heroin weighing approximately three grams.

Wainwright is a convicted felon and was in possession of a gun along with possession of the stolen gun. Wainwright faces possible charges of distribution of narcotics near a school, unlawful use of a weapon, unlawful possession of a firearm and stealing a firearm.

Police said they also arrested Reginald Wainwright for unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
