UPDATE: Officials determine likely cause in Centralia house fire

UPDATE (12/10): Fire officials believe the cause of Saturday night’s fire was likely electrical in nature, according to Centralia city administrator Matt Harline.

Leake said crews were able to determine the fire started at the back of the house, but a cause hasn’t been determined yet.

Centralia Fire Department was also on scene. The Red Cross was called in to assist the family.
