Fiery crash reported in Montgomery County; one person has minor injuries
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)
The Montgomery County Sheriff's Officer reported a fiery crash at Highway 161 and Sunbeam Road.
Missouri State Highway Patrol is reporting one person had minor injuries after a crash on Highway 161 at Sunbeam road in Montgomery County.
The crash report indicates a 2003 Chevy Trailblazer crossed the center of the road while on a curve and hit a 2005 Ford Freestyle.
The crash led to the Trailblazer catching fire and the Freestyle traveling off the right side of the road.
The Montgomery County Sheriff's Officer reports firefighters from the Montgomery Fire Protection District extinguished the fire.
