Moser’s to open new store in Columbia next week

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

A new grocery store will open next week in west Columbia.

Moser's will open its newest supermarket in Westbury Village, near the intersection of Scott Boulevard and Smith Drive, at 6 a.m. Wednesday, the chain's owners said in a news release. Moser's owns eight stores in Mid-Missouri.

The store is opening after Moser's closed its Business Loop 70 location. The Food Bank for Central & Northeast Missouri plans to move its Central Pantry into the former Moser's building. Moser's also operates a store on Keene Street in east Columbia.

The new store will have a full complement of products and services, according to the release.
