Deputies ask for the public’s help in finding suspects connected to tool thefts in Boone County

Boone County deputies have recieved at least eight reports of tool thefts since early October.

Deputies said the tools were taken from various places, including businesses, residences and construction sites in the north Route B and Highway 63 North areas.

Deputies said one of the incidents happened at a church storage building on North Brown Station Road where suspects stole sound and video equipment.

Various tools and other equipment were reported stolen from houses and businesses under construction. Deputies said the thefts occurred during the late night, early evening hours.
