Moniteau County deputies arrest two men accused of having methamphetamine and marijuana

Moniteau County deputies arrested Eric Miller, 35, and Derek Santana, 47, after officers conducted a vehicle stop on Highway 50.

Deputies said during the stop, they conducted a search of the car and found methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Officers said during the stop, Miller attempted to ingest a substantial amount of methamphetamine.

Santana was taken into custody for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Miller faces possible charges of possession of a controlled substance.

Santana faces possible charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
