Light morning rain and overcast skies

TODAY: As a cold front tracks across the region, we’ll see overcast skies persist throughout the day. Due to our increase in cloud cover our heating will be limited, keeping high temperatures in the upper 40s and lower 50s.

TONIGHT: Gradually clearing skies will give way to a chilly night with overnight lows near freezing. Northerly winds between 2-5 mph will calm after midnight, making patchy fog possible after 1 AM.

EXTENDED: Patchy fog is possible Monday morning, otherwise we’ll have a dry and cool day with highs in the low 50s but another chance of showers returns during the day Tuesday as a warm front lifts north through the area, warming temperatures into the mid to upper 50s. Tuesday night, a cold front will approach from the northwest and we’ll have an increasing chance of rain through Wednesday morning with highs in near 60. Temperatures will remain in the upper 50s to near 60 degrees through the week, as a series of cold fronts keeps temperatures from climbing as high.
