Republican State Representative announces bid to run for auditor in 2018

Republican state Rep. Paul Curtamn will run for Missouri auditor in 2018.

Curtman announced his intention on Tuesday morning.

Curtman is the second Republican to formally announce a bid, including University of Missouri curator David Wasinger.

Both men are looking to unseat current auditor Nicole Galloway, who is running for another term.

Curtman is a former Marine and was first elected to the House in 2010.
