Drastically changing temperatures through the week

MONDAY: With light winds for the morning, little to no wind chill is expected as temperatures start in the mid 40s. With clouds clearing we will see mostly sunny skies and temperatures will warm back into the upper 60s across Mid-Missouri. For the first part of the day winds will be out of the west up to 11 mph, but quickly shift out of the northwest through the afternoon hours with gusts as high as 25 mph.

TONIGHT: Winds will stay breezy through the overnight hours as they remain out of the NW up to 14 mph. This will allow it to be another chilly night across Mid-Missouri as temperatures bottom out in the low 40s under clear skies.

EXTENDED: Another cold front will bring cooler air in for Tuesday with high temperatures only reaching the low to mid 50s with breezy conditions. Winds will be out of the northwest up to 14 mph hour, with gust as high as 28 mph. This will allow for temperatures to drop into the upper 30s on Tuesday night. Wednesday will feel like fall as high temperatures only reach the lower 60s. After warming back ito near 70 Thursday, another cold front moves in Friday bringing drastically cooler temperatures. This weekend will be the coldest air of the season with highs in the 40s and overnight lows in the upper 20s and lower 30s.
