Two men charged with delivery of a controlled substance after deputies find multiple drugs

UPDATE: According to the probable cause statement, drug task force officers found 2 pounds of marijuana, approximately 200 Xanax pills, cocaine, LSD and MDMA.

Officers said they were able to speak with Loise who admitted to selling marijuana and did not want to answer any more questions about the other drugs.

Officers said when they spoke with Stone, he admitted to selling MDMA. He also admitted to using pills and MDMA.

ORIGINAL STORY: Dominic Loise and Luke Stone have been charged with a delivery of a controlled substance after the Audrain County assisted in a drug task force investigation.

According to Audrain County’s Sheriff Matt Oller the investigation led to a search warrant obtained and executed in the 500 block of Rollins in Columbia.

Deputies said they found cocaine, ecstasy, marijuana, marijuana edibles and marijuana concentrates.

Along with the drugs, firearms were also seized, deputies said.

Loise is also charged with possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of a weapon.

Stone is also charged with possession of a controlled substance.
