Tracking clearing skies, frost, and cold temperatures overnight

TONIGHT: Clearing skies and much cooler with lows in the lower 30s.

TOMORROW: Breezy and mostly sunny with highs in the upper 50s to around 60.

EXTENDED: Temperatures have fallen off dramatically after this morning's storms, and we managed to escape much of the severe threat with a handful of severe storm warnings this morning thanks to more stable air lingering around with the early rain. We're cooling off rapidly behind the cold front with lows tonight falling to near freezing. A Frost Advisory is in effect for the entire area until 8:00 tomorrow morning. We'll finally see more sun tomorrow as temperatures climb back to near 60. Friday will bring a few more clouds and a weak front that could trigger a couple showers or storms, but no severe threat is expected with highs making it to the mid-60s. Saturday is a touch cooler behind the front in the upper 50s, but another system to our south could bring rain overnight Saturday into Sunday, making for a cool and wet Easter Sunday. Next week starts off cool in the mid-50s, with more rain on the way by Wednesday as the pattern warms up a bit.
