Tracking a mild afternoon before overnight storms

KMIZ

TODAY: Breezy and cloudy with highs in the upper 70s. Storms beginning near dinnertime tonight. A few severe storms are possible with hail and damaging winds as the main concern.

TOMORROW: A cold front will settle to our south, keeping highs a little cooler in the mid-60s. More showers and storms are possible throughout the day.

EXTENDED: It's an active week ahead with more chances for severe storms midweek. Tuesday should see a bit of a break with some rain still possible and temperatures rebound to the 70s. By Wednesday a cold front will approach the area and will have the potential setup for severe weather. Details are still fuzzy there but it's important to remain weather aware all week.
