Fall like conditions return to mid-Mo

Tuesday, a slowly moving cold front will track through mid-Missouri allowing fall like temperatures to return to mid-Missouri. The passage of this front will shift winds out of the northwest, dropping temperatures as well as the humidity. Daytime highs will max out in the mid 70s, with overnight lows back in the 50s, even dropping as low as the 40s by the weekend. This will be the coolest air mass we have seen all season.

These changing conditions will likely require a jacket for the morning commute as we close out the week. 7 AM temperatures will be in the low 50s heading into Thursday. As high pressure builds we will see yet another period of dry weather.

The dry and cool weather pattern will lead into the weekend. It will be an exceptional weekend to get outside and enjoy Roots N Blues N BBQ as temps will remain in the 70s with low humidity and plenty of sunshine. Temperatures and cloud coverage will increase just slightly as we head into Sunday. Our next chance of rain looks to return Monday.
