Miller County man arrested, accused of raping a 13-year-old girl

The Miller County Sheriff’s Department arrested Dillon Hall, 22, on Thursday after he was accused of statutory rape and sodomy.

According to the probable cause statement, Hail admitted to detectives that he had intercourse with a 13-year-old girl.

Detectives said Hail admitted to sending and receiving explicit text messages with the victim.

Detectives said they searched through Hail’s phone and found the explicit pictures and messages.

Hail admitted to detectives he knew the age of the victim and he knew what he did was wrong.
