Tracking showers for the overnight hours

TONIGHT

Highs climbing into the mid-50's under sunny skies will give us further to fall to reach temperatures we felt this morning. Thanks to this and some increasing clouds and showers tonight, temperatures will only drop into the 40's overnight. That chance for rain will roll through late tonight/early tomorrow. Likely, a little after midnight we see the first drops fall.

TOMORROW

Showers depart Saturday morning, as this system passes to our east. This leaves us behind a cold front with winds slowly turning more westerly under initially cloudy skies. Clearing skies and increasing sunshine by the afternoon will lend to temperatures returning back into the mid to upper 50's.

EXTENDED

We see 60 on Sunday with those bright skies sticking around. You might want to get out and enjoy the vitamin D while we have it this weekend, though. Rain chances will return Sunday night as a front approaches the area. That threat for rain will linger into Monday, increasing Monday night as another disturbance rolls through. A cold front will try to clear the slate, but keep the rain chances around into Wednesday. Highs for the first part of the week will hover in the 60’s before falling into the 50’s by the end of next week.
