Mexico police investigate reported robbery where gun was displayed

Officers were dispatched to the 900 block of Carrico regarding a reported burglary on Tuesday evening.

They said a female noticed a small group of people were on her driveway.

Officers said the female went outside, she spoke with the group, when one person displayed a handgun and demanded money from her.

The female gave the group money and some other items from her home, officers said.

Officers said the female knew two of the three people that were on her driveway.

Officers said there were no injuries and the incident is still under investigation.
