Stocks stalled in morning trading on Wall Street Friday as they wrapped up a bumpy week with more uncertainty about where to go next. The S&P 500 index rose 0.2%, the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 0.5%, and the Nasdaq fell 0.4%.
