Comfortable and dry Saturday evening
TONIGHT: Skies will gradually clear through tonight with areas south of I-70 seeing the best chance for lingering clouds in the sky. The best time to watch the Perseid meteor shower will be right after nightfall and before midnight when the moon is expected rise high in the sky. Conditions tonight will be mild in the mid 60s with a dry easterly wind around 3 mph.
SUNDAY: Morning temperatures will start off cool in the upper 50s with the high reaching into the lower 80s. Clouds will persist in areas south of I-70 for the start of Sunday with more clouds increasing across the rest of Mid-Missouri by the afternoon into the evening.
EXTENDED: As we head into next week, there is a slight chance for showers Monday in areas south of I-70 as high temperatures stay in the lower 80s. Temperatures will warm into the mid to upper 80s through next week with on and off rain chances. As of now, the best chance of rain moves in Wednesday.
