Tracking one more shot of cold before a warmup
TONIGHT
As snow leaves, clouds will thin this afternoon, bringing some hope for sunshine Friday. Friday night, skies begin to clear, allowing temperatures to plummet into the low teens by Saturday morning. Expect wind chills near zero to start the day.
SATURDAY
Arctic high pressure early Saturday will keep winds relatively calm, but they will start to pick up again out of the south Saturday evening. Despite abundant sunshine, temperatures are still stuck in the low 30s.
EXTENDED
With that southerly flow back in play, we're approaching 60 by Sunday. The mild weather is here to stay next week, but we’ll pick up some shower chances Monday. We’ll keep highs in the low 60’s Monday and Tuesday, warming into the 70’s Wednesday and Thursday. More substantial rain chances return late Thursday into Friday next week.
