The Kansas Bureau of Investigation said a 48-year-old woman and a 58-year-old man from Great Bend were taken into custody just before 8:30 p.m. Friday at a Lowe’s store parking lot in Hutchinson. Both were booked into jail on felony charges related to the killing of 61-year-old Leslie Randa, of LaCrosse. A relative found Randa dead in January and called 911. His GMC Envoy also was missing.
