Tracking milder conditions this weekend

Today: Mostly sunny and slightly warmer in the low 40s.

Tomorrow: Sunny and calm with highs in the low 50s.

Extended: A return to spring-like conditions is in store for the majority of the workweek. Highs are trending above 60 degrees nearly every day even as a few dry cold fronts are expected to sweep through the region. An active pattern develops by the end of the week, potentially bringing rain late Friday night or into the weekend with a cool down to follow, likely back closer to normal in the 40s. The outlook for the first half of March looks near average temperature-wise (low 50s) with above-average precipitation.
