Jefferson City leaders open survey to get feedback on JEFFTRAN
Jefferson City leaders are continuing efforts to evaluate the city’s public transportation system.
On Tuesday, city leaders opened a survey to the public in hopes of learning needs and possible improvements for users.
ABC 17 News has reported before on the Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization’s efforts to improve JEFFTRAN.
It has contracted with Lochmueller Group to conduct a system-wide assessment of JEFFTRAN.
The assessment includes evaluation of current service, data collection, public outreach, and a service plan with recommended improvements.
The review is set to be done by this fall.
