Two people suffer moderate injuries after motorcycle hit deer in Cole County
Two people from Russellville suffered moderate injuries after their motorcycle hit a deer in Cole County on Tuesday evening.
Leslie Elwood, 51, and his passenger, Lois Elwood, 47, were driving on US 50 westbound when their 2002 Victory motorcycle hit a deer and ran off of the right side of the road.
The motorcycle overturned and ejected both the driver and the passenger. Leslie Elwood and Lois Elwood were both taken to St. Mary’s Hospital.
