Boone County man arrested for armed criminal action, kidnapping
A man is in the Boone County Jail this morning, arrested on suspicion of multiple charges.
Jay Dixon was arrested yesterday afternoon.
He was arrested on suspicion of armed criminal action, assault, and kidnapping.
Dixon’s bond has not been set yet.
According to his previous criminal history, Dixon has gone to jail a number of times.
