Person falls into Lake of the Ozarks, search to resume Thursday morning
UPDATE 5:37am: ABC 17 News called the highway patrol Thursday morning. It says they have suspended the search for the night, but will start searching again this morning. They did not have any additional information about the incident.
ORIGINAL: The Missouri State Highway Patrol has confirmed a search is underway for a person at the Lake of the Ozarks.
The person allegedly fell off a boat and did not resurface.
The Mid-County Fire Protection District and Lake Ozark Fire Protection District are involved in the search on the main channel between mile markers 6 and 7.
ABC 17 News will update this story as we get more information.
