Friday Morning Storms Brought Large Hail
Storms this morning brought only a few large hail reports. Several were reported just west of Camden county. Hail of 1″ in diameter was reported in Nemo, and Elkton had a report of half dollar size hail approximately between 4:55AM and 4:15AM. In Mid-Missouri in Chariton County we had 1 hail report of 1″ in diameter near Bynumville at approximately 5:19AM.
Storms this morning moved very quickly to the east/northeast at 40 mph. While heavy rain accompanied morning storms, the rain amounts are not impressive, take a look! For additional weather updates please follow @ABC17Stormtrack on Twitter.
