Woman charged in 2019 high-speed chase placed on felony probation

COLE COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

Cole County Prosecuting Attorney Locke Thompson says a woman charged in a 2019 high-speed chase has been placed on felony probation.

Janay Clark was charged with felony stealing, resisting arrest, operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner and speeding after reports of her and another woman stole items from a Dick’s Sporting Goods on Osage Beach Parkway.

Clark pled guilty on Feb. 9. Clark faces 4 years in prison if she violates the terms of probation.
